IITS Calicut is a leading educational institution committed to delivering quality education and training. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team.

We seek a talented professional with strong communication skills, solid experience in business development or sales, and proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. The ideal candidate should be confident in team handling, building partnerships, and managing field activities, including center and client visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EdTech market.
  • Build partnerships with institutions and drive market expansion.
  • Generate high-quality leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Convert leads into sales and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and support overall sales operations.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to refine strategies.
  • Track pipeline, prepare reports, and share regular updates with management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in EdTech business development or sales.
  • Strong track record in lead generation, sales conversion & revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and with teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

  • Experience working with educational institutions or EdTech companies.
  • Strong networking background.
