
Business Development Manager

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion at IITS. The ideal candidate will have a strong EdTech background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in generating leads and converting sales.
Responsibilities
1. Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships in the EdTech sector.
Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase revenue.
2. Lead Generation and Sales:
Generate high-quality leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
3. Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales goals.
Provide sales support, training, and guidance as needed.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Analyze data to inform business development strategies.
5. Reporting and Monitoring:
Track and report on business development activities, outcomes, and pipeline growth.
Provide regular progress updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech business development or sales.
Proven track record in lead generation, sales conversion, and revenue growth.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred:
Male candidates.
Experience working with educational institutions or EdTech companies.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
