Qualification: Postgraduate or Graduate in related fields

Location: Kurla, Mumbai (Work from Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare client accounts, building and nurturing long-term relationships.

  • Understand client objectives, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (creative, digital, production, medical affairs) in executing integrated marketing and communication strategies.
  • Develop and present proposals, strategic plans, and campaign deliverables aligned with client expectations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review progress, share insights, and recommend optimizations.
  • Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates for strategic account planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  • Mentor junior servicing executives, providing guidance and support for their career growth.

  • Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and complex campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
