Client Servicing Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of events to meet and exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively address any concerns or issues.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and gather feedback.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including event planners, production, and creative teams, to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Develop project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all services and deliverables..
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as necessary.
Proposal Development:
- Assist in the preparation of event proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized event solutions.
Budget Management:
- Assist in the preparation of event budgets and proposals.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Provide clients with regular updates on project financials.
Post-Event Evaluation:
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze event metrics and prepare reports for clients on the success of their events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in the event management industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Office and Excel and project management software.
- Knowledge of event planning processes and best practices.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel as needed.
