JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.   Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and communication needs.

2.   Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Work coherently with the team of the Company to ensure client satisfaction and high profitability.

3.   Efficiently coordinate and plan, ensuring seamless execution from inception to delivery. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to align project timelines with client expectations.

4.   Gather and comprehend client briefs, translating them into clear directives for the creative and strategy teams. Effectively communicate client feedback to internal teams, ensuring adjustments are made to meet client expectations.

5.   Collaborate with finance teams to provide accurate and timely financial reports to clients

6.   Demonstrate excellent communication skills in conveying complex healthcare concepts to clients and internal teams. Ensure clear and concise communication in written and verbal interactions

7.   Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing healthcare clients.

8. Conduct post-campaign evaluations with clients, gathering feedback and insights for continuous improvement

Location- Goregaon West

Qualification :
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager (healthcare or communications agency preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen and comfort working with budgets/reports.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
