We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure their satisfaction, and act as the key point of contact between the company and its clients. The ideal candidate will oversee client accounts, understand their requirements, and deliver solutions that align with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
  • Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations, and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, operations, sales) to deliver projects and campaigns on time.
  • Address client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop account growth strategies by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on project status, performance metrics, and client feedback.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to discuss progress and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/account management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
