Client Servicing Manager

Thirsty Crow Marketing Services (TTC) is a creative-led marketing agency helping brands tell powerful stories through content, campaigns, and curated experiences.
We're looking for a proactive and dynamic individual who can manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Track project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business through outreach, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Develop customized presentations and proposals based on client needs.
- Maintain the sales funnel, follow up on leads, and meet revenue targets.
Requirement:
- Master's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and think strategically.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600, ₹700,000.00 per year
