Client Servicing Manager

R K SWAMY Healthcare (part of R K SWAMY LTD) is looking to hire a seasoned professional in account management and client servicing having mandatory experience of handling healthcare clients.
Role: Client Servicing Manager
Experience: 5 - 7 Years with experience of handling healthcare clients
Qualification: PG or Graduate in related fields
Location: Kurla, Mumbai (Work from office)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams (creative, digital, production, medical affairs) to develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns that meet client objectives, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Develop and present client proposals, strategic plans, and campaign materials, ensuring alignment with client goals, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget constraints.
- Conduct regular client meetings , presentations, and reviews, providing updates on project progress, insights, and recommendations to drive campaign success and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, gather competitive insights, and leverage data analytics to contribute to account planning, strategic recommendations, and campaign optimization efforts.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth, and ensuring team cohesion and collaboration.
