In this role, you'll:

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, resolve queries, and keep their information updated.
- Reach out to clients regularly, understand their needs, and offer suitable firm services (digital tools, online access, cash management, etc.).
- Onboard new clients by collecting necessary documents and information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for client meetings.
- Coordinate with team members and share resources for better client service.
- Stay updated through training on company policies, processes, and industry trends.
- Assist in placing client orders and handling day-to-day admin tasks like calls, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
