Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Executive located in Hosur. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, enhancing customer retention strategies, and improving overall customer experience. Daily tasks will include analyzing customer data, optimizing CRM software, liaising with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and handling customer inquiries and feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating customer data and trends
- Customer Retention experience and proactive strategies to ensure client loyalty
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in enhancing Customer Experience and managing client interactions
- Experience in Sales and working closely with sales teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of CRM software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
