Role Overview

The New Business Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads, building client relationships, and securing orders for fixtures, automation solutions, and special purpose machines (SPMs). The role demands strong technical understanding of manufacturing automation and fixture solutions along with excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for fixtures, automation, and related solutions.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, client visits, exhibitions, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers, and manufacturing companies.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design/engineering team to provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and technical-commercial quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with project and execution teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and presentations for management review.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of fixtures, automation solutions, robotics, and SPMs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle technical-commercial discussions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Self-driven with strong business acumen and target-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹52,393.99 per month
