We are looking for a Business Development Sales Executive to drive company growth by generating new business opportunities maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets The role requires proactive market research client engagement and collaboration with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and expand our customer base Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Prepare and deliver sales presentations quotations and proposals Meet and exceed monthly quarterly sales targets Conduct negotiations and close sales deals with customers Maintain a deep understanding of the company s products services to effectively promote them Work closely with the marketing team for campaigns promotions and brand building Collect and analyze market feedback competitor information and customer needs Prepare and maintain sales reports CRM data and pipeline updates Skills Competencies Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills Ability to build long-term customer relationships Good understanding of sales techniques and business development strategies Target-driven self-motivated and result-oriented Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Willingness to travel for client meetings and business opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 086 00 - 52 188 37 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 8148154043
