About Company Sarathi Germinate Nidhi Limited is at the forefront of the banking sector dedicated to fostering a safe and development-oriented environment Committed to upholding the regulatory standards set by the Reserve Bank of India RBI we bridge the gap between investors and aspiring individuals Our comprehensive suite of Financial Services includes Savings Investments and Fixed Deposits with competitive High-Interest Rates We are looking for a resilient empathic Business Development Manager to contribute to the growth of our company BDM is responsible for relationship management and for ensuring that projects deliver against the goals and targets laid out in the results management framework Responsibilities Identifying opportunities in target markets for our organization s products and services Generating leads through cold calling prospective clients Keeping up with the latest industry developments including market positioning of corporate competitors Sarathi Germinate Nidhi Limited Assessing client needs and the company s ability to meet those needs Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the sales team Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth Researching planning and implementing new target market initiatives Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals Training the team members Contacting potential clients to arrange appointments and meetings Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Business Marketing Finance or similar field Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales business development or similar role Looking only for male candidate Strong Organizational and time management skills with an ability to effectively prioritize and meet critical deadlines Sufficient knowledge of the market trends competitive environment and regulatory environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay Quarterly bonus Work Location In person
