
New Business Sales Executive

Role Overview The New Business Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads building client relationships and securing orders for fixtures automation solutions and special purpose machines SPMs The role demands strong technical understanding of manufacturing automation and fixture solutions along with excellent sales and negotiation skills Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for fixtures automation and related solutions Generate leads through market research networking client visits exhibitions and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs Tier-1 Tier-2 suppliers and manufacturing companies Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design engineering team to provide suitable solutions Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and technical-commercial quotations Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with customers Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives Provide market intelligence competitor analysis and feedback to management Coordinate with project and execution teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction Prepare sales reports pipeline updates and presentations for management review Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of fixtures automation solutions robotics and SPMs Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle technical-commercial discussions Proficiency in MS Office Excel PowerPoint Word and CRM tools Self-driven with strong business acumen and target-oriented approach Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 086 00 - 52 393 99 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 8148154043
