We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist with strong technical expertise to join our team. Candidate should be able to analyze, optimize, and implement SEO strategies that improve website performance, rankings, and organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with both on-page and off-page SEO, technical audits, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, and page speed.
  • Optimize website structure, internal linking, and URL strategy for better crawlability and user experience.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, schema markup, header tags, keyword optimization).
  • Work with development teams to fix technical issues (redirects, canonicalization, XML sitemaps, , hreflang, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
  • Research and identify keyword opportunities to enhance website visibility.
  • Develop and execute strategies for link-building and off-page SEO.
  • Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to ensure SEO-friendly practices.
  • Generate SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in technical SEO and website optimization.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and how they impact SEO.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, and structured data.
  • Ability to perform data-driven decision-making and provide ROI-focused SEO strategies.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience with server-side SEO elements (log file analysis, CDN, hosting setups).
  • Familiarity with content marketing and digital PR.
  • Understanding of local SEO and international SEO.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and analytics setup.
