Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Female Telephonic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads provided by us into successful sales of our digital products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant and persuasive personality, and a go-getter attitude to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
● Present and sell digital products and services to potential clients.
● Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with leads and customers.
● Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
● Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
● Maintain detailed records of sales conversations, follow-ups, and closures.
● Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine pitches and improve sales strategies.
● Provide feedback from customers to enhance product offerings and support.
Requirements :
● Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in telephonic or inside sales.
● Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
● Personality: Pleasant, confident, and persuasive.
● Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong closer.
● Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of digital products and the ability to learn quickly.
● Work Mode: This is a strict Work from Office position. No remote or freelance options.
● Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
