Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an SEO & Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist.

This person will be responsible for social media marketing, content creation, digital marketing, and communication tasks to enhance the company's online presence & engagement along with SEO activities.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

For SEO Activities -

Implementing and developing SEO optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings.

• Contributing to the Crafting of the SEO Strategy by researching SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.
• Researching the competitors for our different verticals.
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
• Developing and implementing link building strategies.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
• Analyzing the website using Semrush and improving website performance by carrying out Monthly Analysis.
• Measuring the ROI and success of the website and staying up to date with the latest Google Algorithm changes.
• Should have good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google My Business

well as Third Party Analytical Tools.

• Ability to write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions

would be an added advantage.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

For Digital & Social Media Marketing Activities -

• Monitor and manage the company's social media accounts and posts content on FB, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.

• Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for company brands.

• Create engaging blog and social media content.

• Assist in the general distribution of press releases & media alerts.

• Brainstorm campaign & general ideas with the CEO.

• Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.

• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals & all other aspects of service.

• Provide suggestions to management for improving experience on social platforms.

Non-negotiable Key Skill-Sets Required:

• Exceptional Communication Skills both spoken & written.

• Two to three years of proven experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.

• Expert level knowledge of Semrush.

• Presentable & always well-groomed.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast & challenging environment.

• Great knowledge in SEO activities & the ability to highlight the brand online.

• Knowledge in Local and International SEO.

Job Timings:

Full Time Monday to Friday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM + 2nd & 4th Saturdays.
