About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with strong communication skills and proven experience in product-based sales. The ideal candidate should be able to develop effective contact strategies, build lasting client relationships, and drive consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive networking and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned timelines.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, trade shows, and other promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product-based sales (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong contact strategy with the ability to build and leverage professional networks.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving results.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
