Social Media Manager (7–10 Years) | Pune (Hybrid)

Location: Pune (Hybrid – 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote)

Reports To: Head of Marketing

About the Role:

Sigma Solve is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to shape and amplify our brand voice across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram. This role is focused on driving measurable business impact, brand visibility, and audience engagement — while maintaining a modern, enterprise-focused tone.

You will manage end-to-end social media strategy, develop creative campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the content calendar across multiple social media platforms.
  • Repurpose case studies, webinars, and success stories into engaging posts, carousels, and videos.
  • Launch and manage employee advocacy initiatives to increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the ABM and marketing teams for event promotions and campaigns.
  • Run paid social experiments for follower growth and targeted reach.
  • Track and report social performance metrics such as engagement quality and brand lift.

Success Metrics (First 90 Days):

  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence (3–4 posts per week per platform).
  • Improve visibility of social-assisted pipeline metrics in RevOps dashboards.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B social media management, primarily on LinkedIn.
  • Strong editorial, storytelling, and short-form/video content creation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in basic video editing or creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Familiarity with US audience tone and time-zone posting discipline.
  • Exposure to SEO, paid performance marketing, and content analytics.
