Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic freshers to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting domestic and international holiday packages, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the travel and tourism industry with hands-on learning and growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell domestic & international tour packages to individual and corporate clients.
  • Handle client inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
  • Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities (social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Coordinate with operations, visa, and ticketing teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports.
  • Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's revenue goals.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for travel and customer service.
  • Confident, result-oriented, and target-driven attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of destinations like Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Maldives, Europe, Australia- NZ, Japan, Chaina, Kenya etc. (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office & digital communication tools.

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or any discipline.
  • Candidates with a Travel & Tourism certification will be preferred.
