Customer Support Executive International Voice & Non-Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls, live chats, and emails from international customers.
  • Resolve queries related to account support, technical issues, product information, billing, etc.
  • Provide accurate, professional, and timely responses across communication channels.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions clearly in the CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant internal departments.
  • Adhere to quality, productivity, and service level targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
  • Typing speed of at least 3540 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts and on rotational weekly offs.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email/chat systems.
