Position Summary
Generate diverse, qualified candidate pipelines for corporate office and multi-site resort roles across the United States. You will run end-to-end sourcing research, outreach, screening and hand-off so U.S. recruiters can focus on interviews, stakeholder management, and closing.
Key Responsibilities
45% - Passive-candidate sourcing & talent mapping via Indeed, ZipRecruiter and internal ATS mining.
20% - Outbound engagement & nurture: craft multi-touch e-mail/sequences, respond to inquiries, and book qualified screens.
15% - Resume evaluation & short-listing: match profiles against job criteria and diversity goals; deliver daily ready to call slates to U.S. recruiters.
10%- Interview logistics & background check coordination using Calendly, MSTeams, and vendor portals.
5%- Data hygiene & analytics: update candidate statuses for weekly dashboards (submissions, conversion ratios, time-to-submit).
5% - Market research: salary benchmarks, competitor org charts, and talent-pool heat maps to inform hiring-manager intake meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree – any discipline (HR, Business, or Hospitality preferred) OR equivalent experience.
- Min2years sourcing or recruiting for U.S. markets (corporate, hospitality, retail, or BPO).
- Hands-on with use of sourcing channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Naukri, iimjobs, hirist) and at least one enterprise ATS (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse).
- Proven Boolean, X-ray and talent-mapping skills.
- Language: C1-level English—clear written outreach and professional verbal communication.
- Tech stack: MSOffice/365
- Compliance: Understanding of IndiaDPDP Act 2023 and basic U.S. data-privacy / EEOC concepts; willing to complete company security training and work via VPN.
