Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our team and play a key role in our

talent acquisition efforts. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring

top talent to support our growing business. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to

understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:


• Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media,

networking, and referrals to source and attract qualified candidates.


• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates'

qualifications and fit for specific roles.


• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and

candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.


• Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment

process, including timely communication and feedback.


• Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting the employer brand to attract top

talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.


• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job

descriptions, and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.


• Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key

performance indicators such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and hiring trends.


• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the retail or home interiors industry.


• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and applicant tracking

systems.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.


• Passion for design and home interiors is a plus.
