School of SDR is India's only dedicated institution for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). We help companies build high-performing sales teams by training and placing vetted SDR talent. Our graduates are working at top SaaS companies across the world.

We're looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
who can be the bridge between SDR candidates and companies. This role is about building strong pipelines, keeping both sides informed, and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

  • Own the
    end-to-end hiring pipeline
    for SDRs: source, screen, and qualify candidates.
  • Reach out to applicants, conduct initial phone screenings, and ensure smooth onboarding into our process.
  • Partner with companies to understand their SDR requirements and ensure they always have a
    healthy candidate pipeline
    .
  • Maintain a
    tight communication loop
    between SDRs and companies, making sure both sides are always updated.
  • Track candidate progress across stages and keep accurate, real-time records.
  • Act as the go-to point of contact for SDRs: answer questions, share updates, and support them through the hiring process.
  • Ensure hiring partners get
    consistent updates
    and confidence in our process.
  • Continuously improve processes to reduce delays, drop-offs, and mismatched expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience
    in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
  • Excellent written and verbal
    communication skills
    .
  • Strong ability to
    multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized
    in a fast-moving environment.
  • Confidence in speaking to candidates and hiring managers over phone/video.
  • Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.
  • A problem-solver who can keep both sides aligned and drive outcomes.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in recruiting for
    sales or SaaS roles
    .
