Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer queries through email, chat, and online ticketing systems.
  • Resolve issues related to product usage, account access, order status, billing, or general inquiries.
  • Respond to customer concerns in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Follow predefined templates and standard operating procedures while ensuring personalized customer interaction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (technical, operations, or product) for issue resolution and escalations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written English communication skills grammar, spelling, tone, and clarity.
  • Strong typing speed (minimum 35-40 WPM) with high accuracy.
  • Good comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and on rotational weekly offs.
  • Proficiency with email/chat platforms, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools.
