Shift: Rotational shifts (Night)
Job Description:
We are hiring for Chat Process Executives in the Banking domain. The role involves handling customer queries via chat and providing timely, accurate, and helpful responses to banking customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries related to banking products and services via chat.
- Resolve issues such as transaction status, account details, card queries, loan queries, etc.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate and complete information.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments as per process.
- Adhere to compliance and confidentiality standards as per banking guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Graduate (Fresher)
HSC (12th pass) with minimum 1 year of customer service experience (BPO preferred)
Skills Required:
Good communication skills in English (both written and reading comprehension)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates with prior BPO or customer service experience
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and working on weekends (if required)
Basic knowledge of banking terms is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.

- B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
