About the Role:
We are looking for a
Pre-Sales / Technical Solutioning Specialist
who can act as the bridge between clients, business teams, and technology. The role involves
understanding client needs, designing tailored digital solutions, and supporting the sales cycle
with strong technical expertise.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy
solution architecture, consultative discussions, and pre-sales activities
while working across domains like web, mobile, cloud, and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to analyze client requirements, pain points, and business goals
. - Conduct
discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and solutioning meetings
with enterprise and startup clients. - Act as the
technical point of contact
during the sales cycle, ensuring credibility and confidence in solution offerings.
Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solution architectures
for web, mobile, and cloud platforms. - Develop
POCs, prototypes, and demos
showcasing digital transformation use cases. - Leverage
Generative AI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock)
to enhance solution designs and pre-sales engagements. - Translate complex requirements into
technical blueprints, architecture diagrams, and detailed proposals

Proposal & RFP/RFI Management
- Own end-to-end RFP and RFI response processes
, ensuring high-quality, client-focused proposals. - Create
technical documentation, effort estimation models, and cost breakdowns
to support business decisions. - Use automation and AI tools to
accelerate proposal turnaround
and improve win ratio.
Collaboration & Handover to Delivery
- Partner with engineering and delivery teams for smooth project transitions
from pre-sales to execution. - Review
technical feasibility, risks, and dependencies
before deal closures. - Ensure that proposed solutions are
aligned with delivery capabilities and client expectations
.
Sales Enablement & Thought Leadership
- Build and maintain technical collateral, reusable frameworks, case studies, and industry-specific use cases
. - Support marketing by contributing to
whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and thought-leadership content
. - Mentor and train pre-sales engineers and solution consultants.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7-10 years of experience
in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting. - Proven track record in
enterprise client engagement, RFP/RFI management, and large deal closures
. - Strong hands-on knowledge of
modern open-source technologies
, Python, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB). - Expertise in
Cloud Platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP) with ability to design
cloud-native architectures
. - Familiarity with
Generative AI applications
such as AI-powered chatbots, document summarization, and smart search. - Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills
— ability to present technical solutions to
CXO-level executives
. - Experience across industries like
EdTech, HealthTech, E-commerce, LegalTech
is a plus. - Certifications such as
AWS/Azure/GCP Solution Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent
preferred.
