What Success Looks Like In This Role

  • Gather and analyse client requirements (RFI/ RFP/RFQ) and volumetrics (e.g. locations, SLA's, contacts and events count, AHT, ToT, etc,).
  • Set solution and pricing strategy, work independently to develop effort and cost estimates including assumptions, risk and contingency approach.
  • Develop client facing proposals including service overview, technology architecture, detailed service description and client benefits/ outcomes.
  • Lead the solution reviews and obtain approvals from key stakeholders prior to submission.
  • Participates to client facing meetings (solution presentation, solution workshops) and contract negotiations, develop client SoW

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technology or equivalent
  • Strong English language skills are mandatory
  • 5 to 8 years' experience in End User Managed Services/ Digital Workplace Services (e.g. End User Service Desk, Field Services and Supply Chain, End User Device Management, Productivity and Collaboration) with 2-3 years presales solution architect experience preferred
  • Has a good understanding of competitive landscape, products and/or services
  • Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in pre-sales solution design for end user services, proposal development, design review & design trade off decisions, winning theme development, and presentation skills
  • Experience developing cost/benefit analysis and determining the risk associated with a given solution
