The Admin & HR Executive will handle end-to-end HR and admin activities, from hiring to employee exit, and ensure smooth operations in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer letters, appointment, and confirmation letters.
- Conduct employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company rules and laws.
- Maintain employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Take care of relieving formalities and exit interviews.
- Assist in admin tasks and office management as needed.
Skills Needed:
- Strong communication and people-handling skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
- Familiar with MS Office / HR tools.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Admin role is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
