Position: Admin HR Executive
Location: Nagercoil
- Role:
The HR Executive helps the company in hiring, managing employee records, and supporting daily HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment – posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll support.
- Help in preparing HR letters, offers, and documents.
- Support in employee onboarding and training.
- Assist in handling employee queries and issues.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and people skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month
