Role Overview:

We are looking for a
dynamic recruiter
to manage end-to-end hiring for
field sales roles
. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source top talent, and ensure seamless onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for field sales positions (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews).
  • Build talent pipelines for high-volume hiring.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide weekly updates to management.
  • Engage with candidates to deliver a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    field sales / volume hiring

  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
