The Senior Specialist Recruiting Operations plays a critical role in our ES Operations team. This role will be part of a team of highly skilled specialists who keep the recruiting organization running smoothly. The role will cover a breadth of partnerships and require familiarity with processes across Employee Success (HR) that touch recruiting in any capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on the cases received in the Recruitment Operations Queue. Follow through to ensure case is resolved and closed appropriately and satisfactorily.
- Be able to perform transactions in Workday related to recruitment support.
- Be able to analyse, test and trouble shoot issues related to recruiting transactions.
- Analyze the steps, conditions, and security configurations of recruitment-related Business processes.
- Perform all Recruitment Compliance Audits (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and off-cycle audits) and adhere to compliance
- Perform Background Investigation- Adjudication for Candidates.
- Work within and outside of recruiting (Candidates, Employees, Legal, Background Vendors, Hiring Managers, ESBPs, Recruiting Coordinators, etc) and provide excellent customer service to these client groups.
- Partner with various internal compliance teams, external government agencies, and vendors to usher employees throughout the process.
- Partner closely with Technology teams and perform system testing for enhancements and support the enablement.
- Generate/prepare the reports/dashboards to provide insights into recruitment operations performance.
- Support and partner with global teams, as we have team members and stakeholders globally (AMER, EMEA, APAC)
- Meet all internal team service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs and maintain confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Recruitment Operations/ HR Operations
- Proficiency in Workday or any other ATS, HCM
- Case management, Audit, Compliance, Background Investigation program experience
- Excellent communication skills and high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple groups, and build strong networks across a complex, fast-moving organization
