About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused
Client Associate
to join our team. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring a consistent flow of requirements to our recruitment team. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Engage with clients regularly to gather job requirements and share recruitment updates.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to align client requirements with available resources.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and generate additional hiring needs.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams to achieve recruitment goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum
    6+ months of experience
    in client relations, account management, or recruitment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
