Job Summary

FUTUREFLUX LLC is hiring a motivated and dynamic Career Services Associate to join our growing recruitment team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals aspiring to build a career in the U.S. IT staffing and recruitment industry. No prior experience is required and we are looking for Immediate joiners. We provide full training and guidance to help you succeed.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, client coordination, and understanding global recruitment strategies. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and connect IT professionals for U.S. job openings.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and clients for smooth placements.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and resumes.
  • Support senior recruiters in achieving hiring and placement goals.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Proficiency with job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and MS Office.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the U.S. staffing domain.
