Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with a proven track record in the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the US recruitment process, visa classifications, and a strong network of Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.) to implementation partners and direct clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients to generate leads and placement opportunities.
  • Negotiate rates and close positions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain consultant databases, submissions, and interview trackers.
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 4+ years of experience in US Bench Sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
