Job Overview

NxtWave is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in bulk hiring and be comfortable making at least 100 calls per day. This role demands strong communication skills in Gujarati and English, effective coordination, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ candidate calls daily for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and entry-level roles.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, databases, and daily call reports.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely follow-ups and clear communication.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets as per business requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months 1 years in bulk hiring / BPO / telecalling / field recruitment.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Gujarati and English (spoken and written).
  • Work Setup: Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of calls and multitask effectively.
