Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our director. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks, ensuring the Director's time is used effectively. Responsibilities: Provide personalized administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Oversee office maintenance, including coordinating repairs, managing supplies, and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace. Organize and maintain files, records, and databases for efficient retrieval. Handle personal tasks and errands for the Director as required. Assist in planning and executing events and meetings. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making. Perform additional duties as assigned to improve office efficiency. Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks. Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
