Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to Managing Director

Reports To: Managing Director
Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support in a fast-paced IT environment. The PA will ensure seamless workflow, manage communication, support strategic initiatives, and assist with technology-related tasks as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, tech-savviness, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:1. Executive Administrative Support
- Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle all logistical arrangements.
- Coordinate domestic/international travel, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare and manage documents, presentations, reports, and project briefs.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Draft and respond to emails and official communication on behalf of the MD.
- Collaborate with various departments (Tech, HR, Sales, Operations) for updates and follow-ups.
- Track tasks assigned by the MD and ensure timely completion by respective teams.
3. IT-Related Support
- Coordinate with the IT team for technical requirements of the MD (hardware/software, access rights, tools).
- Assist in preparing dashboards, tracking project status, and gathering technical updates.
- Support in managing IT vendor communication, product demos, and project timelines.
- Maintain an understanding of company products, platforms, and IT services.
4. Meeting & Documentation
- Organize technical meetings, sprint reviews, client demos, and project discussions.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and circulate action items.
- Assist in documentation related to IT projects, compliance, and internal processes.
5. Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive business, financial, and personnel information with utmost confidentiality.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications and interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience as PA/EA or in a similar role; IT industry experience is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with PM tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to understand IT terminology and workflows.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced IT company environment.
- May require occasional extended hours or weekend availability based on business needs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
