Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Director. The role involves managing her schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, travel arrangements, and assisting with day-to-day professional and personal administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate travel plans and itineraries
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required

Desired Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools
  • Preferred Immediate Joiner
