Job Profile:
1. Plan, Formulate and Develop short term and long-term commercial strategies, objectives, and revenue projections, ensuring long term viability and that they are in line with groups objective, plans and vision.
Develop annual business plans, commercial plans, and budgets to support the strategic guidelines given by BOD and meet agreed objectives & revenue projections and ensure implementation of the approved plans.
Provide leadership and commercial directives to all functions/departments of the company, ensuring efficient and effective work planning, allocation, achievements of targets and performance as per approved Budget.
Ensure development and implementation of effective policies, standards, processes, and systems for monitoring, measuring, and reporting achievement within agreed time frames and cost measures.
Maintain and ensure that all activities meet and integrate with operational framework of category BPPC landscape, channel architect and efficient RTM.
Build a robust, effective and cost effective marketing strategy and its execution.
Building strong & collaborative positioning with national & regional Key Accounts whereby improving on key deliverables like CFR and robust shelf replenishment process such that we continue to win with customer and winning in every store.
Ensuring a robust mechanism to track chilling equipment productivity and strong customer service process to deliver high customer satisfaction levels.
Continuous emphasis on Building capability to ensure a high-performing sale steam to execute end-to-end sales process including outreach, and implementation. Integrated capability building programs to have future-ready talent pool pipeline.
Invest diligently in future-ready digitization to build system capability and productivity.
Building Brand of the company.
Key Accountabilities:
Achievement of revenue (Volume and, Value) and profitability targets (Operating margins, EBIDTA, etc.).
Development, coordination and implementation of strategies and action plans for New Business opportunities, Product & Pricing strategies, Sales (Retail, Key Account & emerging channels), Marketing (BTL), Manufacturing Efficiency and Demand Planning Supply Chain, and all other associated with specific commercial requirements.
Category choices upon BPPC guidelines jointly set with Brand at the beginning of the year. Cross-functional capabilities and techno-commercial across manufacturing facility remains key.
RTM and Channel development winning strategy and its timely execution. Customer relationship management and capability building. This includes both route to market and revenue growth benchmarking.
Winning marketing strategy and its execution will be the corner-stone gain Market share.
Management of end-to-end Cold drink equipment investments, appropriate through-put and cost effective customer services TAT delivery.
Advancing digitization needs for improved work efficiencies & effectiveness.
Customer satisfaction with respect to quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the product and service provided.
Employee performance management system, performance tracking, talent mapping and, development of future leaders.
Ensuring Work Culture which inculcates right Business ethics, team working, and high-performance culture.
