Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Export Head to lead and drive the company's international business growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute export strategies, manage global partnerships, ensure compliance with international regulations, and build Oasis's presence in key global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic export plans to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
  • Identify new international markets and distribution partners for the company's product portfolio.
  • Oversee end-to-end export operations including documentation, logistics, and statutory compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international distributors, importers, and government agencies.
  • Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Ensure compliance with excise, customs, and international trade laws across geographies.
  • Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 10–15 years of experience in export management. Experience in beverage industry is must.
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics.
  • Proven track record of establishing and growing export business in multiple regions (Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
