• Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep expertise in the electrical panel industry to lead techno-commercial operations across HT and LT segments. The ideal candidate will drive proposal development, pricing strategy, client engagement, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal Development:

    Prepare and present detailed techno-commercial proposals for PCC, MCC, DG, APFC, and custom panels across industrial sectors including Hydro, Cement, Power, Railways, and Government.
  • Costing & Pricing Strategy:

    Lead cost estimation, margin analysis, and pricing negotiations to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Client Engagement:

    Interface with clients, consultants, and government bodies to understand requirements, present solutions, and close deals.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

    Collaborate with design, production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.
  • Compliance & Standards:

    Ensure adherence to relevant BIS, IEC, and other applicable standards and certifications.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Documentation & Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records of proposals, negotiations, and project status. Provide regular updates to leadership.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    Minimum 10 years in electrical panel manufacturing, marketing, or project execution.
  • Technical Expertise:

    Strong understanding of HT/LT panels, control systems, protection schemes, and application engineering.
  • Commercial Acumen:

    Proven ability to balance technical feasibility with commercial viability.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Hindi proficiency preferred.
  • Analytical Thinking:

    Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Team Leadership:

    Experience in mentoring junior engineers and managing cross-functional teams.

Salary : Rs 10 to 12 Lacs PA as CTC, higher pay possible for exceptional candidates
