Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and grow offline sales for sports nutrition products — including whey proteins, mass gainers, and allied supplements — across Punjab.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, gyms, fitness centers, supplement stores, and retailers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective channel and team management.
  • Expand the distribution network across key cities like Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Patiala, Bathinda, and surrounding areas.
  • Recruit, train, and lead sales executives to ensure smooth field operations and strong performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing for product launches, local events, and brand activations.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new launches to identify market opportunities.
  • Ensure timely payment collections and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Present regional performance reports and insights to management.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in the sports nutrition industry (mandatory).
  • Proven success in handling Punjab territory sales and achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong network among gym owners, fitness professionals, distributors, and retailers in the region.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
