Job Description – Regional Manager (Sales) – Machine Manufacturing

(Local candidate only)

Location: Ludhiana Punjab

Position: Regional Manager – Sales

Experience Required: 5–8 years in Industrial/Machine Manufacturing

Sales Budget: ₹7 – 9 LPA

Key Responsibility:

  •  Achieve and exceed regional sales targets consistently.
  •  Identify and develop new customer accounts in Punjab and Northern India.
  •  Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with industrial clients.
  •  Negotiate terms of sale, prepare proposals, and finalize agreements.
  •  Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  •  Manage and mentor regional sales/service teams to achieve set objectives.
  •  Provide effective sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  •  Monitor sales recovery and ensure mely collection of dues.
  •  Coordinate with Head Office for pricing, technical inputs, and strategic planning.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  •  Achievement of sales revenue targets.
  •  Number of new clients/projects acquired per quarter.
  •  Customer satisfaction and repeat business ratio.
  •  Payment collection efficiency (recovery Timelines).
  •  Expansion of presence in Northern markets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700, ₹900,000.00 per year
