Hi,

We are seeking for the 
Regional Sales Manager -Punjab
 with having background of Apparels Retail Industry and exposure to manage the sales with new ideas.

Job Descriptions:-

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases across the region.
  • To set sales target of every store on the basis of last year & current year performance.
  • Preparing sales planning for achieving targets
  • Track sales achievement on daily basis.
  • Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance
  • Closely observation of expenses.
  • Stock replenishments and Stock shuffling & rotation between the stores.
  • Maintain minimum & maximum level of stock in stores as per the sales of the store.
  • To provide training to sales staff & arrange various behavioral base training to store staff.
  • Hiring new ASM, store managers.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors activities in the region.
  • Preparation of various reports and presentation to management.
  • Ensuring proper visual merchandising and coordination with VMs.
  • Controlling shrinkage.
  • Arrangement of sales promotions/discounts
  • New store setting up and Conducting market research and competitor analysis in the region.
  • Ensure Store Sops, RSM & ASM checklist must be followed.
  • Coordinating with various department in backend.

Desirable Profile:-

  1. Must be Graduate or having Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Strong track record of success with prior experience in a regional sales role
  3. Highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
