Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development professionals to join our Bangalore team. This role is ideal for freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in business development. You will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and supporting the sales cycle. While the role is primarily work from home, occasional client visits in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Bengaluru will be required. Candidate must knows Kannada language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads through calls, online platforms, and networking.
  • Acquire new clients and support the client onboarding process.
  • Understand client needs and pitch suitable products/services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain updated client and lead data in CRM tools.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and client acquisition.

  • Strong interest in Business Development, B2B Sales, and Client Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings (occasional).

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not mandatory for freshers).
  • 0–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
  • English and Kannada Communication is Mandatory
