Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Good understanding of sales processes and business growth strategies.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales (1–4 years).
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
