We're hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or cold calling.
 If you're confident, target-driven, and have excellent communication skills, this role is for you
Perfect for 1- 3 years of candidates looking for growth + strong incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls daily to generate qualified B2B leads
- Research, identify, and qualify prospects across industries
- Craft effective sales pitches and communicate product value clearly
- Schedule meetings for Sales Managers and maintain CRM updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead quality and conversion
- Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs
