Role:-
We are seeking a
Lead Generation Executive (B2B)
who will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients for our commercial interior projects. This role demands strong skills in
digital prospecting tools
and an ability to generate high-quality leads for our Business Development Manager and leadership team.
Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective B2B clients in
corporate, co-working, IT parks, hospitality, and educational sectors
.
Generate qualified leads using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , Brevo, Mailchimp
, and other relevant platforms.
Build, segment, and manage lead databases (CRM management).
Run targeted
email campaigns
and ensure high deliverability (avoiding spam filters).
Coordinate with the Business Development team to
schedule meetings, demos, and presentations
.
Track, measure, and report weekly/monthly performance metrics (number of leads generated, conversion ratios, etc.).
Stay updated with
AI-driven tools and automation platforms
to enhance lead generation productivity.

Required Skills & Experience:-
1–3 years of experience
in B2B lead generation, preferably in
interiors, construction, or B2B services
.
Hands-on expertise in:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
(mandatory) - for prospect data & enrichment
- Brevo
&
Mailchimp
for email campaigns - CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and optimize outreach strategies.
Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed lead-generation targets.
