Job Title: B2B Lead Generation Executive

About the Role:
We're looking for a B2B Lead Generation Executive who can help us connect with potential clients and create new business opportunities.
Your main job will be to reach out to companies, talk to decision-makers, and set up meetings for our team.
If you're confident on calls, enjoy talking to people, and love working towards targets , this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business clients through online research and databases.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Explain our services and generate interest.
- Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update lead details in CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling client queries.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and LinkedIn for lead research.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
